Right of Withdrawal

1. Scope

This withdrawal information is addressed to consumers with habitual residence in Germany who order digital content from Rutimo by distance selling.

Customers with habitual residence in Switzerland generally have no general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Details are set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

2. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

4. Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun performance of the contract after you have

  1. expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
  2. confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving that consent once performance of the contract begins.

This consent is obtained separately during the ordering process. Merely reading this withdrawal information does not replace express consent.
